We offer free shipping to anywhere in Australia on new orders, returns and exchanges.

Delivery Time: Most orders placed by 1pm Melbourne Time are shipped next day. Exact delivery time will vary for each product anywhere from 3 to 15 business days.

Since Fadcloset ships worldwide, we are not responsible for custom duties or fees (if they are applicable in your country).

We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL Express, DPEX Worldwide Shipping, FedEx and Skynet.

Purchases are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors and undamaged, with all tags attached. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.

Custom sized orders are non-refundable as they are made to your provided measurements.

*Clearance items, BOGO, custom items and items under $100 are not eligible for free returns/exchanges, customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Returns & Exchange Process:

To begin your return, please email us at orders@1-4group.com with the following information:

You will be required to provide your order number and an email address associated with the order
Select the reason for the return
Chose the type of return (Exchange, Return to Original Payment or Store Credit)
If you are submitting a request for an exchange, please make sure to mention the size for the exchange.

Upon submission of the request, you will be provided an RMA number via email. It takes about 1 to 2 business for us to process the request. Once the request is processed, you will be provided instructions within 24 hours to mail the item back to us.

Refunds (Return to Original Payment)

You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 8 business days from receipt of your item. In many cases the you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7 to 8 business days based on these factors:

Item inspection at our returns facility (up to 3 business days)
Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)

Instructions will be provided upon completing the RMA request.

Gorgeous Leather Jacket....

This leather Sasha jacket is absolutely stunning...It is well made, unique looking, and the leather is buttery soft. It is comfortable yet stylish. I usually wear between a medium and a large in jacket size and I ordered a large and it fits perfectly....I measured myself before ordering though just to match up to jacket measurements. beautiful jacket

I bought this jacket in a size medium, thinking it would fit, I'm 5'4 150lb, 36DD and I could zip it up but it was too tight to move freely in the shoulders, (I lift weights so I'm larger than average I guess) so I sent it back and got a large and that fits great. Customer service here is wonderful they really do keep you informed at every step through email. The leather is really soft and the color is buttery. the only thing is its shorter than hoped for but I can make it work. over all its a beautiful jacket!
