Purchases are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors and undamaged, with all tags attached. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.

*Custom sized orders are non-refundable as they are made to your provided measurements.

*Clearance items, BOGO, custom items and items under $100 are not eligible for free returns/exchanges, customer will be responsible for return shipping.

*Blowout items are no eligible for return, exchanges or refunds.

Returns & Exchange Process:

To begin your return, please email us at orders@1-4group.com with the following information:

You will be required to provide your order number and an email address associated with the order
Select the reason for the return
Chose the type of return (Exchange, Return to Original Payment or Store Credit)
If you are submitting a request for an exchange, please make sure to mention the size for the exchange.

Upon submission of the request, you will be provided an RMA number via email. It takes about 1 to 2 business for us to process the request. Once the request is processed, you will be provided instructions within 24 hours to mail the item back to us.

Refunds (Return to Original Payment)

You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 8 business days from receipt of your item. In many cases the you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7 to 8 business days based on these factors:

Item inspection at our returns facility (up to 3 business days)
Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)

Instructions will be provided upon completing the RMA request.

You had assistance from a friend when measuring (although the majority of the measurements can easily be self-taken, we have found the process to be faster if you have someone readily available to assist you.

About Measuring

When taking measurements the tape should be held flat against the body; it should be held snug enough so not droop, but never so tight as to feel restrictive. All measurements should be taken to the nearest quarter (.25) inch. Do not add wiggle room to your measurements. We will adjust the fit based off of your selected preferences and build. All measurements are “skin measurements”.

Good posture is considered as the key element to get accurate measurements. To take proper measurements, you need to follow the procedure step by step. You may measure your body parts individually with the guidelines provided, which will help get the right fitting of your order.

Keep in mind the following points while measuring your body parts:

It would help if you took a loose measuring tape, this should be flexible, and must not be carpenter tape. It can be of any material.
Keep in mind that the measurement must start from the tape's beginning, and it must be firm.
You must wear tight clothes that will help to get accurate measurements. Your clothing can be any short pant, tights, leggings, jeggings, etc.
Measure all the body parts correctly. Do not make assumptions or add or minus any of the measurements by yourself or mentioning here.
You can note all your measurements on a paper first, and then after getting it done, you may provide us your measurements in the measurement page. This will be beneficial for you if you lost the details during feeding on the website, so the rough paper measurements will save your time to measure all the parts again.
Please do not give your measurement from any readymade cloths.
Or you can go your nearest tailor shop or Cutting shop where they can help you to take the proper measurement.

Once the order has been placed, we will go through the measurements and check whether the measurements are in proportion. We may also contact you at any time to reconfirm any of the measures.

Give Your Height*

Weight*

Neck* Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. This measurement should be taken along the lower section of the neck, below your Adams Apple and above your Sternal Notch. The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted.

Full Chest* Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part (typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples). Hold the tape against the body tight enough so that it does not slip down, but not so tight that it restricts breathing. It should be “snug”. Make sure the tape is horizontal and the person's arms are by their side; then take a normal breath and measure. Do not puff out your chest Double check this measurement.

Full Shoulder Width* Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder. We define the “End of the Shoulder” as where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm (see illustration). Double check measurement.

Right Sleeve* Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the “Pinch” of the right hand. The “Pinch” of the hand is found where the base of the thumb and the base of the index finger intersect (approximately 1 inch above the index finger knuckle). Double check this measurement.

Left Sleeve* Measure from the end of the left shoulder to the “Pinch” of the left hand. Double check this measurement.

Bicep* Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with the arms by your side. You need only measure one side.

Wrist* Measure around the fullest part of the wrist. You need only measure one side.

Waist / Stomach* Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach or right below your bottom ribs, whichever is greater.

Hips/Seat* Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Jacket Length* Measure straight down the front from the base of the neck (right or left side) to the point level where you would like your jacket’ length.

Front Chest Width* With the person's arms by their side, measure across the front of the chest. Start at the front of the right armpit, continue measuring across the nipples, and then stop at the front of the left armpit. Do not measure under the arms. This is the front part of the full chest measurement we took in step 2.

Back Width* With the person's arms by their side, measure across the back. Start at the back of the right armpit, continue measuring across the shoulder blades, and then stop at the back of the left armpit. Do not measure under the arms. This is the back part of the full chest measurement we took in step 2.

Half Shoulder Width (Right)* Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the base of the right side of the neck. We define the “Side of the Neck” as the point at which the vertical plane of the neck intersects the horizontal plane of the shoulder.

Half Shoulder Width (Left)* Measure from the end of the left shoulder to the base of the left side of the neck.

Half Back Length* Measure from the base of the back of the neck to the top of the pants waistband area.
